Directions (1 - 5): Read the following passage and answer the given questions

Day 1: A person covers 200 km along the stream and 150 km against the stream. The difference between the time
taken to cover upstream and downstream is 10 hours.

Day 2: A person covers 40 km less than the previous day in along the stream and distance covered against the stream
is equal to the distance covered by the same person in day 3 along the stream. Time taken to cover downstream
distance is 8 hours less than the upstream distance.

Day 3: Distance covered along the stream is 40 km more than the distance covered against the stream which is equal
to the distance covered by a person on day 1 along the stream. He takes 6 hours more to cover upstream than the
downstream distance.

Day 4: Time taken to covers 200 km along the stream and 100 km against the stream is same as the total time taken
by the same person on day 3.
The speed of stream on day 1, 2, 3 and 4 is 15kmph, 10 kmph, 20 kmph and 20 kmph respectively.

Some people named- Tina, Uma, Reema, Riya, Seema, Siya, Meena, Raavi, Simmi, Savi, Nimmiand Sheena – live in a building which has three floors and four flats such that flat 1 is in west on flat 2, flat 2 is in west of flat 3 and so on. They like different fruits – apple, mango, litchi, cherry, watermelon, guava, grapes, kiwi, peach, pear, strawberry and orange. (when they are said to live adjacent or at a gap or beside , it can be horizontally or vertically.)

Some contestants- Jack, Harry, Oliver, Oscar, Charlie, Thomas ,James, George- from different countries came into a contest
making dishes of their respective cuisines – Indian, Italian, Chinese, French, Japanese, Spanish, Thai, Indonesian. For the first
round they all stand in a queue(vertical) such that one person faces the other’s back. In the first round , they got different
marks – 25,6,15,9,18,27,3,12 ; but not necessarily in this order. After the first round, 2 persons who got the lowest marks were
eliminated and rest were made to enter round 2.
In round 2, they were made to compete on a large circular table wherein three contestants are facing inside and three
contestants are facing outside. These contestants sit alternatively as per their faces inside or outside such that if a person faces
inside , his immediate neighbours can’t face inside and vice versa.
Those who are standing next to James are facing inside. The one made an Indonesian dish stands at a position after Charlie in
round 1 . Difference between scores of Oscar and Charlie is the score of Oscar, who makes Chinese dish (scores of both of them
are greater than 7). The one who made an Indian dish stands third to the right of George(in round 2) who made Japanese dish
and also stands at the end in round 1 . Thomas stands at a position after the one who has made an Indian dish in round 1 and
difference between their scores is the score of George . The one who makes Spanish dish stands second from the starting point
and got a score of 6. In round 1 , the one who made a French dish stands immediate after Charlie and there are three people
standing between harry and the one who made a French dish in round 1 . Two people stand between Charlie and James in
round 2. In round 1,Three contestants are standing between Charlie and the one who made a thai dish , who stands at the
starting point in queue. The only contestant who got a score which is a cube of a no. faces outside. The product of scores of
Oscar and James is 35.
The one who made a Chinese dish got a score of 9 and is neighbour of the one who made Italian and
Indian dishes in round 1. Only one person stand between the one who made Thai dish and the one who made Indian dish.
Charlie faces inside and the one who made Chinese dish stands immediate right to Charlie in round 2.. The one who made
Indonesian dish got the highest score. The one who made Indian dish got a score of 15 and is an immediate neighbour(in round
2) of the one who has made Indonesian dish in round 1. There is only one prime numbered score which Thomas gets. Oliver
gets the ranks second in round 1.
